The Federation Association Benefit Plan (FABP) has been successfully serving member agencies in the community social services sector since 1983, through a partnership between Schmunk Gatt Smith & Associates and the Federation. The FABP is one of only two fully insured plans that have been accepted as compliant with the terms of the Collective Agreement, so this is a realistic choice for union as well as non-union agencies.
